Automotive Technician
Toowoomba Toyota has a great opportunity for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team!
As a part of your role as an Automotive Technician you will be responsible for:
- Repairing, servicing and performing diagnosis of Toyota motor vehicles
- Working to deadlines and prioritising your workload
- Maintaining the highest level of productivity and efficiency
- Liaising with Workshop Control, Parts Interpreters and the Service Manager
- Attending factory technical training
- Providing high level customer service
- Ensuring that all work areas are kept clean, and organised
Skills and experience
Applicants MUST have the following qualifications and recent employment experience:
- Trade qualifications as an Automotive Service Technician
- Ability to work productively unsupervised
- Highly motivated
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service focused
- Commitment to Toyota's goals and operational standards
- Current valid QLD drivers licence
Receptionist
Toowoomba Toyota has a great opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our team!
Key job functions & Accountabilities
The Phone Hub Reception carries out a range of duties including but not limited to:
- Receiving all incoming calls in a professional manner and assisting where required.
- Transferring / screening all calls to inter departments
- Capturing and recording customer details
- Directing/assisting Service appointment bookings to a service contact in professional manner
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and professional verbal communications.
- Detail orientated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
- Commitment to Toyota’s goals and operating standards
- Current and valid Qld driver’s licence.
The successful applicants will be given a detailed induction program and ongoing training will be provided.
